August 2007 Meet with Local Elected Officials to present refined concepts
November 2007 Hold Public Information Meetings to present refined concepts 
January - June 2008 Select alternative for entire length of corridor, do preliminary design and conduct environmental studies
June – July 2008 Meet with Land Owners, Local Elected Officials, Agency Representatives and General Public; make final adjustments to alternative
August – December 2008 Finalize alternative, complete environmental documentation, prepare draft Environmental Assessment (EA)
January – June 2009 Finalize freeway conversion study report 
June - December 2009 Create Draft Map of Proposed Right of way, hold Statutory 84.295 hearings, adopt and record Official Map
2010 + Incorporation of mapped right of way into long range plans by local communities
