Aggressive driving

Aggressive driving means operating a vehicle in a way that endangers or is likely to endanger people or property.

Most behaviors associated with aggressive driving are illegal.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) estimates that about one-third of all crashes and about two-thirds of the resulting fatalities can be attributed to aggressive driving.
