The September 11, 2001 attacks on America and subsequent events in Wisconsin and around the world have created an intense focus on emergency preparedness and preventive measures.
While the risk of terrorism in Wisconsin is small, every citizen has a duty to be vigilant, to have a heightened sense of awareness, and to be prepared.
