Size-weight enforcement program

Inspectors ensure that commercial carriers operate within statutory or permitted size and weight limitations. They check carriers to ensure they have proper registration, fuel tax, insurance and authority credentials. Enforcement activities occur at State Patrol safety and weight enforcement facilities as well as through mobile enforcement using portable scales.
