Wisconsin Interoperability Committee On Radio and Tower Systems (WICORTS)

WICORTS is a committee that operates under the umbrella of the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). WisDOT is statutorily (S.85.12) charged with the statewide planning among agencies using public safety radios. The WICORTS meetings are held periodically as needed. All Wisconsin public safety agencies, vendors, and any other interested parties are welcome to attend. The Wisconsin State Patrol, Bureau of Communications, chairs the committee.
